There, he managed day-to-day operations, including the list maintenance, laser printing and offset printing divisions. He continues to leverage his experience in data and segmentation to help current and prospective clients develop effective customer-centric business solutions. |

Having received a B.A. in Marketing Management and Speech Communications as well as an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, Michele applies her wide-ranging experience across the fields of customer relationship management, direct marketing and database marketing to develop comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies across multiple touch points with a consultative and disciplined approach. |

Previously, David served as senior vice president at TCF Bank, where he led the corporate marketing and product development groups. His past work history also includes managing the Visa USA client relationship at Carlson Marketing Group, as well as management positions with US Bank and GE Capital. David has a B.S. in economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota. |
![]() | Tim Altier Tim has built a career converting raw data into business intelligence by using statistical analysis and data-mining techniques. At BI | Digital Marketing, he designs and implements marketing strategies that use best-in-class modeling, segmentation and database marketing techniques. Tim has done work in the financial services, retail, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, working with companies such as Target Corporation, 3M, American Express Financial Advisors, Chase and Fair Isaac. He has a B.A. in mathematics and an M.S. in statistics. |

Her role includes analyzing media channels – from traditional options through emerging interactive platforms – and applying them in the most effective way. Kim draws from over a dozen years of marketing experience, having run traditional and interactive marketing programs for Sprint as well as product management and marketing efforts for U.S. Bank.Kim has a B.A. in Business and French from Concordia College and an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University. |

Michelle holds a B.A. in Design and Psychology, and has accumulated 15-plus years of experience on national corporate and consumer accounts. |
